It was a great place, very professional and they were amazing with helping me through the whole process. Kelly was amazing also she definitely made it a very comfortable place and guided me through everything that was going on. Andrew did a great job on removing my tooth with no pain now. I will definitely go back in the future

I don’t usually state negative reviews but I will save you much aggravation if you are messing around with Aspen Dental franchises or the popular Pure Smiles in Tipp. I had nothing but headaches with both of them regarding professionalism and insurance discrimination. They both decline accepting Medicare Advantage plans after I’d already established care with them. On my third expedition now to find an office who is still dedicated to patient care and professional service I was set up by my Medicare Advantage Plan with PURE SMILE Professionals over in Troy Ohio. I can’t speak enough of how professional every aspect was during my visit. They are most definitely a Dedicated Dental staff and service . I actually am happy and look forward to excellent care and my next cleaning with them. It has been an honest pleasure to make a review to a company who whole heartedly deserves praise

I was very happy with the office and staff. From making an appointment to getting through all the dental pain I was experiencing Dr. Taylor and miss Tonya were amazing at fixing me up! The office has a warm welcoming environment, and the staff are all very welcoming and cheerful. I found my forever new dentist right here at Dental Smile Professionals!

This used to the be the best dental practice and has gone completely downhill in the last 6-9 months. Absolutely terrible. The hygienists are awful and never show up. My son showed up twice for his appointment one month apart and the hygienist wasn't there and we didn't get a text, call, or email. Terrible communication. The front desk staff is rude and nasty. I'm not sure what happened to the former staff, they were absolutely amazing. They should have expected all the patients to leave when they lost that staff. Terrible choice to change the staff. Absolutely terrible!

I was nervous about coming to a new branch but there was a few friendly faces and it went wonderfully. The hygienist Heather was amazing and understanding of my needs as someone with OI. Angela the receptionist is always so lovely and polite. The dentist Dr. Tien Do, was great at explaining what needed to be done and exam was thorough. I truly love this office for sure.
